I am Arne, the CEO of Pioneer. I've been with the company since I was young, learning everything I could from my father about the business. We began as a general engineering company, but now we're proud to be a full-service provider of waste and recycling solutions for organisations that want to manage their waste effectively. Our ultimate goal is to develop and create world-class solutions that will help us build a better, more sustainable future together. Greetings, I am Peter and I hold the position of COO at Pioneer. My primary responsibility is to address critical issues in our manufacturing value chain, minimise service-related obstacles, and improve processes and systems to enhance customer satisfaction. I collaborate closely with various partners and technology enthusiasts worldwide to innovate and create exceptional products for Pioneer. The role is demanding, but I find it gratifying to ensure the smooth functioning of our organisation.

Hi there! I am Surajit and I head the Sales & Marketing department at Pioneer. My primary responsibility is to provide strategic direction and bring a structured approach to Pioneer's sales and marketing initiatives. I am responsible for driving the overall growth of the company in a profitable manner. I lead a highly skilled sales team and ensure that they deliver top-notch results. As a marketer, I take pride in creating a strong brand identity for Pioneer, setting up a robust digital infrastructure and devising clear communication and go-to-market strategies. Apart from work, I love travelling and capturing pictures of my adventures.

Hi there! I am Sayantani, and I work as a Business Development Executive at the Pioneer Group. I am your go-to person for all things related to Wheelie Bins and EcoBak products. I am on an exciting mission to develop these product categories, aiming to take them to new heights and make them more customer focused. I love talking to customers, striving to understand what they are looking for, identifying their pain points, and offering solutions that truly help them. When I am not at work, you will find me sharing a laugh and engaging in deep, meaningful conversations with my friends and family, which brings me so much joy.

Hello, it's great to meet you! I'm Helen and I am the Office Manager at Pioneer with an extended sales role. I like helping customers with their service-related challenges and often I am their first point of contact. I have extensive background in office management, banking, and administration. Whilst not at work I like to spend time with my family and especially my granddaughter. I also like my peaceful time at the beach or a day out in my boat fishing.

Hello lovely people, I am Jade. If you call our office direct number, it's more than likely you are talking to me. I recently joined Pioneer and I am responsible for keeping everything running smoothly. That includes managing online sales and making sure all our data is organised. I am also working hard to earn my Certificate in First Line Management (Level Four). When I am not at work, I love spending time with my three-year-old son. And if I have a little free time, I like to play around with different musical instruments. It's a great way to unwind!

When I'm not busy crunching numbers, I love to spend time with my family and enjoy the great outdoors. It's always nice to get away from the office and recharge my batteries.

Hi everyone, my name is Hain and I have the privilege of working with an amazing team of individuals at Pioneer where we create incredible products every single day. I have been with the company since 2017, starting out as a fitter and turner, fabricator and welder. Since then, I have worked my way up to become the Production Manager in 2019. My top priority is to ensure a safe and efficient work environment on the factory floor. With my previous experience in reclaiming, demolition, engineering, drilling, and the mining industry, I am able to guide the team with my technical and managerial expertise. During my free time, I enjoy engaging in activities such as hunting, fishing, gardening, and even a bit of farming.
